Anti-Static PC Sheet
Base material is polycarbonate (PC), a colorless and transparent amorphous thermoplastic material. The commonly available antistatic PC boards are typically surface antistatic, which means that a hard antistatic film is formed on the surface of the standard PC board through coating technology. This maintains the inherent physical properties of the base material while providing excellent antistatic capabilities. At a surface resistance value between 10^6 and 10^8 ohms, the antistatic function is at its best, effectively preventing dust accumulation and avoiding potential hazards caused by static electricity, to meet the special needs of the high-tech era.

Static Dissipative PC Boards feature excellent impact resistance and can withstand high temperatures up to 140℃ (such as baby bottles made from PC material can be boiled in 100℃ water). The PC boards have good flame-retardant properties with fire-resistant capabilities (flame-retardant rating of UL-94 V0~V2); they also offer high light transmittance. The manufacturing process for Static Dissipative PC Boards is extrusion, with thickness tolerances typically 3-5 microns. They are characterized by high mechanical strength and excellent processing properties.
