The equipment allows for one-time clamping of workpieces, automatically moves to designated positions, and performs welding. After reaching the set number of weld points, the electrode can automatically enter the electrode dressing system for trimming. This ensures better stability of the weld points, improves product quality and production efficiency, reduces production costs, and addresses the issues of inconsistent quality and low production efficiency associated with manual operations. Performance Features

1. Utilizing reinforced special design steel structure with a C-shaped frame structure. The force center is reasonably positioned to ensure sufficient and stable body strength during high-speed operation.

2.  Designed with a large flat work platform for independent operation, it moves along the Y-axis. The platform is equipped with a positioning device, allowing for better fixation of sheet metal parts, ensuring accuracy of welding points and ease of assembly and disassembly.

3.  Utilizing imported touch screens for the human-machine interface, full Chinese input is intuitive and clear. It can store position programs for up to 30 welding workpieces, with each program capable of containing up to 5,000 points.

4.  The design features a mold electrode trimming device, with the trimming machine installed at a fixed position. The trimming height utilizes a servo motor-driven up and down structure. A fiber optic system detects the welding head height, allowing for trimming within a programmable range of set welding points. It controls the taper and height of the electrode trimming, with height accuracy maintained within ±0.1mm.

3.      Adopt the touch screen from imported famous brand as the human-machine interface,English input.lt can store30 sets of different model for welding with more than 5000welding spots.

4.      Design with electrode grinding device.The grinder is installed at the fixed position.The grinding height will be adjusted via servo motor.Use optical fiber system to detect the height of electrode.lt will enter into grinding process according to the setting program after doing welding for certain number of times.The grinding taper and height are both adjustable.The height tolerance is within±0.1mm.
