The SWF series mixed-flow fans feature larger air volume per unit number than centrifugal fans, higher wind pressure than axial fans, and can be installed axially. They have received high praise from users for their low noise, low power consumption, wide efficient operating range, easier installation and operation than centrifugal fans, and reliable performance.
Blower Features
The fan unit is compact, easy to install, and reliable in operation: The fan is smaller in volume than axial flow fans under the same air volume and pressure conditions, can be directly connected to the duct, and can be installed horizontally or vertically, offering the convenience of operation and use.
Low noise: The housing of this fan is specially designed to significantly reduce exhaust noise. Under the operating conditions of unit air volume and unit air pressure, it can reduce the A-weighted sound level by 2-3 dB(A) compared to standard A-weighted noise levels, and achieve higher fan pressure at lower rotational speeds. It can replace low-pressure centrifugal fans or high-pressure axial fans in industrial and mining enterprises and high-end residential buildings' ventilation systems without requiring extensive noise reduction measures.
Wide Application Range: This series offers both single-speed and dual-speed models. Depending on the specific application, the installation angle of the fan, the number of blades, and the variable speed can be adjusted to meet the usage requirements.
Primary Use
The SWF series mixed flow fans are widely used for ventilation and air exchange in industrial and mining enterprises, commercial high-rise buildings, hotels, restaurants, stadiums, basements, garages, cold storage, and other locations. They are suitable for pipeline pressurization, air supply, and exhaust.
