Centrifugal Fan Structure
Centrifugal fans consist of the housing, main shaft, impeller, bearing transmission mechanism, and motor, etc.
Shell: Made of steel plate for robust reliability, available in either whole or semi-open designs, with the semi-open design facilitating maintenance.
Impeller: Composed of blades, a curved front disk, and a flat rear disk.
Rotor: Should have undergone static and dynamic balancing to ensure smooth rotation and good performance.
Transmission Section: Consists of a main shaft, bearing housing, roller bearings, and pulley (or couplings).
