The concrete textured flooring offers colors, strength, durability, slip resistance, and water resistance that mimic the authenticity and strength of natural stone, capable of accommodating high foot traffic and heavy vehicle traffic.

Colorful artistic paving can theoretically create any color and artistic shape. Through composite coloring technology, it can replicate the hues and patterns of natural stone, such as wood grain, stone blocks, ancient bricks, granite, sandstone, etc., forming a natural, relaxed, antique, artistic, and environmentally integrated paving system.

Preparation for Embossed Paving Installation:

The climate during the installation of the embossed paving affects the construction quality significantly. Construction should avoid rainy, snowy, windy, sandy, and frozen weather. In areas with large temperature differences between day and night, construction is prohibited at night. The environmental temperature for construction should generally be above 2°C. A good construction environment ensures the quality of the embossed paving. It should be avoided to cross-construction with other work teams. In case of necessity, the construction site of the embossed paving should be enclosed. The gravel and plain soil foundations must be compacted or tamped by a roller.

2. The concrete base for the embossed flooring should have a strength of ≥C25, with the water-cement ratio as small as possible and free of early-strength agents.

3. The thickness of concrete must be consistent, with the base layer concrete being at least 5cm. Large aggregate particles in the concrete should ideally be ≤1.5cm. For concrete 10cm or less in thickness, use a flat vibrator for compaction. For concrete thicker than 10cm, use an internal vibrator.

4. After concrete vibration, use a heavier steel long roller (the steel roller should be wider than the ground slab mold by more than 0.3 meters) to repeatedly roll over the ground slab multiple times to achieve a level surface. When rolling the ground slab, any foreign objects on the steel roller should be removed. After concrete slurry is raised, ensure the surface is free of sand and stone. In areas where steel roller operation is not possible, use manual slurry raising and a leveling ruler to scrape out the ground slab level.

5. After the concrete slab is leveled and desalination treatment is completed, use a manual iron plate to smooth the concrete surface before the initial setting on the surface.

Patterned pavement construction process:

Subgrade treatment: The ground should be leveled and compacted to achieve the specified compaction density.

Pour concrete into the same color and mold type construction area, then smooth it with a tool. Consider the drainage slope to prevent water accumulation.

Before the concrete reaches initial setting, use a trowel to level the concrete. Apply the colored print material evenly over the concrete surface by sprinkling it according to the specified amount, dividing it into two to three even applications. Each time, level and smooth the surface with the trowel. Sprinkle the release agent evenly over the concrete surface as per the specified amount. Arrange and place the molds on the concrete surface, then proceed with the embossing process. Cure the finished floor; it can be used after 72 hours under normal conditions of 25°C.

The embossed paving patterns are rich and versatile, offering a realistic appearance and showcasing individuality. The surfaces are highly malleable, with bright colors that maintain the texture style of marble. Any combination of patterns and colors boasts strong artistic and cultural connotations.
