Pavement stamping construction technique:
1. Subgrade Treatment: The surface should be leveled and compacted to achieve the specified compaction density.
Pour concrete into the same color and mold type construction area, and smooth it with tools, considering the water drainage slope to avoid water accumulation.
3. Prior to the initial setting of the concrete, level it using a trowel. Apply the colored printing material according to the specified amount, evenly sprinkling it twice to thrice on the concrete surface using the spreading method. Each time, use a special trowel to level and polish the surface evenly.
4. Apply the demolding agent evenly over the concrete surface in accordance with the specified dosage.
5. Arrange the specified mold shapes neatly on the concrete surface and make a layout, followed by the embossing process.
6. Curing the finished flooring, typically ready for use after 72 hours at 25°C.
