Pavement stamping, also known as patterned concrete, is a series of stamped surfaces cast on-site and formed as a whole. These surfaces are created using cast-in-place concrete with specially designed molds and colored inks, produced through advanced technology and strict construction management. Decorative paving construction technique:
Subgrade Treatment: The area should be leveled and compacted to achieve the specified compaction density.
Pour concrete into the same color and mold type construction area, and smooth it with a tool. Consider the drainage slope to prevent water accumulation.
Before the concrete reaches its initial setting, use a trowel to level the concrete. Then, uniformly sprinkle the colored inks according to the specified amount, two to three times, using the spread method over the concrete surface. Each time, level and smooth the surface with a specialized trowel.
Evenly spread the release agent over the concrete surface in accordance with the specified dosage.
Arrange the specified mold patterns neatly on the concrete surface and lay them out, followed by the embossing process.
Curing the finished flooring typically allows for use after 72 hours at 25°C.
The embossed stamping floor mold is a novel, eco-friendly paving system. The embossed paving mold is made using imported polyurethane resin, which undergoes vacuum and baking treatments. It is produced through casting from a master mold, offering over a hundred different designs of cement embossed texture molds. The mold textures mimic various natural stone, wood, and brick effects. Custom molds can be made according to project requirements. Customers can select the matching colors based on the surrounding environment, followed by choosing molds with unique styles.
