Pavement stamping, also known as patterned concrete, is a series of stamped concrete floors that are cast on-site with unique pattern frames, forming a single piece. These floors are created using cast-in-place concrete surfaces with custom molds and colored inks, utilizing advanced technology and strict construction management. Decorative stamped concrete construction process:
Subgrade treatment: The ground should be leveled and compacted to achieve the specified compaction density.
Pour concrete into the same color and mold type construction area, then smooth it with a tool. Consider the drainage slope to prevent water accumulation.
Prior to the initial setting of concrete, use a trowel to level the concrete. Apply the colored inlaid material evenly in two to three layers according to the specified amount using the撒布法 (sowing method), leveling and smoothing each layer with a dedicated trowel.
Evenly apply the release agent according to the prescribed dosage on the concrete surface.
Arrange the specified mold shapes neatly on the concrete surface and lay them out, followed by the embossing process.
Curing the finished floor typically allows for use after 72 hours at room temperature of 25°C.
The embossed stamping floor mold is a novel and eco-friendly paving system. It is a one-time installation system that forms an integral structure and enhances concrete strength with chemical materials, boasting good physical properties like non-fading, oil and slip resistance, and resistance to acids and alkalis. The embossed paver molds are made using imported polyurethane resin, vacuumed and baked, and then cast from master molds. They offer over a hundred different shapes of cement embossed texture molds, mimicking natural stone, wood, and brick effects. Custom molds can be made according to the project requirements. Customers can choose matching colors based on the surrounding environment and then select molds with unique styles.
