Our fully automatic spreader is designed to flatten and convey fabrics such as sheets and pillowcases before they enter the ironing machine, ensuring they are in an ideal state for ironing and subsequent folding. It is widely used in hotels, restaurants, railway stations, and large-scale social laundry facilities.
The spreader machine resolves the issue of slow manual operation and poor flattening effects in the past. In terms of speed, the four-station delivery machine is equipped with four operational stations, allowing for simultaneous operation by four people while the fabric is being rapidly ironed, thus increasing operational speed to reduce the interval between fabric transfers and further enhancing the efficiency of fabric transport. The delivery speed of the machine relies on variable frequency control to meet the varying speeds required for different fabric ironing processes. As for the flattening effect, the machine utilizes an automatic feeding device, where workers simply need to place the two corners of the fabric into the fabric holder, making the operation simple, convenient, and highly safe.
