Jiangsu Jiewa Machinery Manufacturing has developed a drying machine to address the difficulties that most water washing factories face with steam production. The structure consists of four main parts: the machine frame, the combustion system, the control system, and the transmission system. The machine frame is mainly composed of six large sheet metal parts: the front panel, top panel, left side panel, right side panel, bottom panel, and rear panel. The combustion system is mainly composed of gas control valves, combustion chambers, and hot air channels. The control system includes a computer box, an operation panel, various temperature sensors, and detection devices. The computer controls automatic ignition, mid-process shutdown, mid-process re-ignition, and mid-process flame adjustment based on the amount of towels and clothes, their humidity, and temperature. The transmission system mainly includes motors, drive belts, drums, and exhaust fans. In the past, as there were only electrically heated drying machines and steam drying machines domestically, people and the market were unfamiliar with gas towel drying machines. Gas drying machines offer advantages such as convenience, speed, economy, hygiene, environmental protection, and the drying of towels and clothes that is fluffy, soft, and supple.

Jiangsu Jiewa Machinery Manufacturing's drying machines utilize gas combustion to heat air, and the exhaust fan draws the heated, dry air into the drying chamber to dry towels and clothes. The motor inside the gas dryer rotates the drum at a low speed and the exhaust fan at a high speed via two drive belts. Wet towels and clothes are tossed and fluffed inside the drum as it rotates, while the exhaust fan draws in a large volume of fresh air through a filter from the bottom of the machine. Part of this air is sent to the combustion chamber to assist in combustion and heating, and the other part is drawn into the hot air channel to mix with the hot air, creating a strong drying air stream that is drawn into the drum to remove moisture and dry the clothes. The moist air that has been heated is then expelled outside through the waste felt filter. During the drying process, sensors detect temperature changes and the dryness level of the towels and clothes, and the computer control system adjusts the flame accordingly. When the sensors detect that the towels and clothes have reached the dryness standard or the set time has elapsed, the machine automatically beeps and shuts down.
