
An electric push rod is a hydraulic-driven robotic arm that integrates machinery, electricity, and fluid power. It is suitable for applications requiring reciprocating linear (or reciprocating rotational) motion, as well as for lifting, lowering, or clamping workpieces. It also enables centralized or automatic control from a distance in hazardous areas.
Structural performance
The hydraulic control valve assembly consists mainly of a relief valve, a one-way suction valve, a throttle valve (as per customer's requirement), and a hydraulic lock valve (check valve).
Also, based on the working characteristics of the electro-hydraulic push rod, design different functional oil circuit combination valves to meet its operational requirements. Generally, there are push-out self-locking, pull-out self-locking, and push-pull functions.
Self-locking for both return and sliding; operating speeds include variable and non-variable types; the electro-hydraulic actuator has several working angles such as horizontal push, upward push (including diagonal upward), and downward push (including diagonal downward). The main advantages of the electro-hydraulic actuator are as follows:
(1) Compact structure, easy installation, minimal space required, and simple maintenance.
(2) Can start under load with overload protection feature.
(3) The circuit is equipped with a two-way hydraulic lock, allowing it to stop at any position within the specified stroke range and automatically lock, while maintaining a constant output force.
(4) Push-pull force and speed (as per customer requirements) are infinitely adjustable with a wide range of driving power.
(5) In case of power outage, the push rod locks automatically to prevent accidents.
(6) Full hydraulic transmission, with responsive operation and smooth running, effectively cushions external impact forces; stroke control (≥0.5mm)
(7) All-in-one mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic enclosed structure; working oil circuit circulates within a pressure-free enclosed steel cylinder, compact in size, oil-tight, and suitable for harsh environments.
