Pipe fittings insulation is factory pre-fabricated.

3. Weather resistance

The steel sheet used for making the outer sheath is coated with galvanized corrosion protection, ensuring long-term durability in outdoor environments without rust; By using galvanized steel sheet instead of traditional polyethylene outer sheath, the issue of polyethylene aging in outdoor conditions is avoided; The outer sheath features a spiral forming structure, which offers excellent overall bending resistance and load distribution at the joints.

4. Service Life

The thermal insulation pipe in this structure is a three-layer design, with the working pipe and insulation fully protected by the outer sheath; the outer sheath is coated with galvanized anti-corrosion material, allowing for continuous use under normal operating conditions for up to 30 years.
