LNG vessels and storage & transportation projects: 5Ni steel (08Ni5DR) is widely used in LNG vessels and storage & transportation projects due to its excellent low-temperature impact resistance and coefficient of thermal deformation.
Low-Temperature Environment: 3.5Ni steel (including grades A, B, D, E, F) exhibits excellent impact toughness and mechanical properties under low-temperature operating conditions, commonly used in low-temperature environments ranging from -70 to -101°C.
Other Fields: Nickel steel composite plates are also used in the petrochemical, salt production, and other industries, for manufacturing corrosion-resistant pressure vessels, nuclear reactors, storage tanks, etc.
