Introduction
Copper-stainless steel composite plates are thin sheets that combine two layers of stainless steel with one layer of low-carbon steel through a high-tech explosive bonding method, followed by rolling. These sheets have stainless steel on both surfaces with low-carbon steel in the middle and are stretchable. This material combines the benefits of stainless steel and low-carbon steel, boasts excellent thermal and magnetic conductivity, and is more affordable than pure stainless steel.
Application Fields
Copper-stainless steel composite plates are widely used in various fields, including but not limited to:
Coking Equipment: For manufacturing and upgrading coking equipment, enhancing the equipment's corrosion resistance and service life.
Chemical Equipment: Suitable for manufacturing desulfurization towers, ammonia steam towers, benzene towers, etc., to reduce costs and improve production efficiency.
Other Fields: Due to its excellent thermal and magnetic conductivity, it can also be used in other applications requiring high strength and corrosion resistance.
