Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges DB22-TM240 are available in two models: Model A (Resolution: 0.1; Test Range: 1.2~200) and Model B (Resolution: 0.01; Test Range: 1.2~300). Employing new high-performance, low-power micro-processing technology, based on the principle of ultrasonic measurement, they can measure the thickness of metals and various other materials, as well as measure the sound velocity of the materials. They can be used to measure the thickness of various pipes and pressure vessels in production equipment, monitor the degree of thinning due to corrosion during use, and also provide precise measurements for various sheets and processed parts. Capable of testing the thickness of any hard material, aluminum, copper, brass, zinc, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, gray cast iron, and any other good conductors of ultrasound, such as steel, cast steel, glass, ceramics, and plastics.
