Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges DB22-TM240 are available in two models: Model A (Resolution: 0.1; Test Range: 1.2~200) and Model B (Resolution: 0.01; Test Range: 1.2~300). They utilize new high-performance, low-power microprocessing technology and are based on the ultrasonic measurement principle. These gauges can measure the thickness of metals and various other materials, as well as measure the sound velocity of the materials. They are capable of thickness measurement on various pipes and pressure vessels in production equipment, monitoring their thinning due to corrosion during use, and can also provide precise measurements for various sheet materials and processed parts. They can test the thickness of any hard material, aluminum, copper, brass, zinc, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, gray cast iron, and other good conductors of ultrasound, including steel, cast steel, glass, ceramics, and plastics.
