The main components and the housing are primarily made of 304 stainless steel, featuring an attractive appearance, easy to clean, and in compliance with food hygiene requirements.
The cover mechanism uses a shock plate design for fast operation; the sealing mechanism employs a continuous chain track for even sealing without damaging the cover.
The cover mechanism is equipped with a photoelectric sensor safety protection device, which can control the cover mechanism to achieve the automatic protection function of "starting without cover and sending cover when the cover is full, and not sending cover when the cover is full and turning off," thus enhancing the operation stability and reliability of the equipment.
The cover track width is adjustable, and the spacing and height of the cover mechanism can be quickly adjusted to accommodate different bottle and cap sizes.
The main pneumatic components of the equipment are sourced from Taiwan's Airtac, while the electrical components are from Omron of Japan and other domestic and international brands, ensuring stable and reliable operation of the equipment.
