Due to the special packaging conditions within the soft bags, a special card slot is added to secure the bag opening. The filling, sealing, and all operations are completed at the card slot position on the bag opening, completely unaffected by the bag's softness or hardness.

The nitrogen filling system can be added according to the customer's requirements.

Note: Customers should provide their own feed pump and air compressor for this equipment.

Operation Process:

Manual bagging into position → Turn on switch → Robot arm automatically removes cap → Automatic quantitative filling → Automatic sealing → Manual removal from bag → Manual boxing
