Description

The DYFJ-H300 valve test bench is the fourth-generation pressure testing and detection equipment developed by Duojia Hydraulics on the basis of many years of production experience, in accordance with national standards and specifications.

The DYFJ-H300 valve test bench integrates mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulic systems, pressure testing, and liquid medium storage and recycling. It features complete functions, stable performance, and high automation. It is widely used for sealing face leakage testing and shell strength (pores) testing of various high, medium, and low-pressure valves with nominal bore sizes of 50-300mm, in the form of straight-through flanges. Test media: water, gas, oil.

The equipment is driven by hydraulic power and controlled by electricity, with no external forces affecting the valve's test results, significantly enhancing work efficiency and reducing labor intensity. It is an ideal new pressure testing and inspection equipment for valve manufacturing companies, users, and maintenance units.

DYFJ-H300 Type Valve Test Bench Working Principle and Structure

The DYFJ-H300 valve test bench operates by positioning the valve flange and clamping the back of the flange with a live jaw, ensuring no external forces affect the test results, thereby complying with national standard requirements for valve testing.

Equipment is generally divided into hydraulic pressure supply systems, electrical control systems, water circulation systems, and various operating devices.

The equipment is a clamp-on type, with both sides of the workbench sealed with blind flanges. The hydraulic clamps feature axial extension and radial movement, directly driven by hydraulic cylinders for uniform force distribution on the valve sealing surface and reliable clamping. When testing the butterfly valve, its sealing performance can be directly observed, facilitating the inspection of gas-tightness tests and the observation of the valve sealing surface. It boasts good performance and a simple, compact structure.

Operation Instructions

Valve Mounting Method

Select a valve with the nominal bore size that matches the equipment model, turn on the power, and start the hydraulic system. Move the hydraulic clamp jaw radially outward beyond the outer diameter of the test valve flange, and extend the axial movement of the clamp jaw beyond the valve length. Place the lower flange of the valve face-to-face against the workbench test blind plate, aligning with the center opening. Move the radial clamp jaw close to the valve flange, and the axial clamp jaw to ensure the clamp jaw is flush with the valve flange face. At this point, the valve is securely held by the clamping system, ensuring it will not vibrate.

During the valve body strength test, the other end of the tested valve is tightly pressed against the upper pressure test blanking plate, aligned with the center hollow position. Radially move the clamping jaws close to the valve flange, and axially move the jaws to make them tightly adhere to the back of the valve test blanking plate. At this point, the valve should be securely held and fixed by the clamping system, with the entire valve in a stable state.

2. Water Pressure Testing Methods (Bi-directional Inflow, Drainage)

After the valve fixture is completed, refer to the "Clamping Cylinder Pressure Reference Table" to increase the hydraulic clamp's gripping force to the required pressure. Adjust the electrical contact pressure gauge (for a 25 kg valve, adjust the gauge pointer to 2.5 MPa). Open the main water inlet, left and right water inlet valves, close the air inlet, drain and air release valves. Start the low-pressure water pump, observe the movement of the water pressure gauge pointer. When the pointer stops rising, it indicates that the valve cavity is fully filled with water. Start the high-pressure water pump; the pump automatically stops when the water pressure reaches the set pressure on the electrical contact pressure gauge, and the equipment enters a water pressure maintenance state.

Upon reaching the pressure-holding time, the valve shows no issues. It is advisable to first open the water valve to relieve the pressure inside the valve chamber before removing the valve.

3. Pressure Testing Methods (Bidirectional Intake and Exhaust)

The equipment does not come with a gas source. The user must provide an additional gas source. Please consult the manufacturer before using high-pressure gases.

After the valve mounting is complete (for example, using compressed air, typically not exceeding 10 kg of pressure), open the inlet water and air valves, and close the drain water and air valves. Close the inlet water and air valves when the pressure gauge reaches the maximum pressure, and the equipment is in a pressure-holding state.

Upon reaching the pressure-holding time, the valve is free of any issues. It should first be opened to release the pressure inside the valve chamber before removing the valve.

Handling Instructions and Requirements

1. Align the equipment horizontally during installation or secure the anchor slots with concrete.

2. Use 46-grade anti-wear hydraulic oil (for temperatures below 0℃, use antifreeze 46-grade anti-wear hydraulic oil). Ensure the oil level does not fall below the indicator. Regularly check the oil level and hydraulic oil. After one year of use, clean the oil tank and replace the hydraulic oil.

3. Add rust inhibitor to the recirculating water, and change the water promptly when the water quality deteriorates.

4. The equipment worktop should be kept clean, and there should be no debris between the valve flange being tested and the pressure test blind plate.

5. Add lubricant to all moving parts of the test bench to ensure clean and smooth operation.

6. Operators must undergo professional training before taking up their posts, adhere to standardized procedures, and prioritize safety.
