Product Description:

The DYFJ-A200 valve testing bench is the fourth-generation pressure testing and inspection equipment independently developed by Duojia Hydraulics, based on years of production experience and in accordance with national standards and specifications.

The DYFJ-A200 type valve testing bench integrates mechanical, hydraulic systems, pressure testing, and liquid medium storage and recycling. It features complete functions, stable performance, and high automation. It is widely used for sealing face leakage tests of various high, medium, and low-pressure valves with nominal diameters of 50-200mm, as well as shell strength (pinhole) and other performance tests. Test media: water, gas, oil.

The equipment is driven by hydraulic power and controlled by electricity, exerting no additional external forces on valves that could affect test results. This significantly enhances work efficiency and reduces labor intensity, making it the ideal new generation valve pressure testing equipment for valve manufacturing enterprises, users, and maintenance units.


DYFJ-A200 Valve Test Bench Operating Principle and Structure

The DYFJ-A200 valve testing bench operates by locating the valve flange and clamping the back of the flange with movable claws, ensuring no external forces that could affect test results, in compliance with national standards for valve testing requirements.

Equipment is generally divided into hydraulic pressure supply systems, electrical control systems, water circulation systems, and various operating devices.

The equipment is a horizontal clamp type, with each side of the worktable sealed with a blind plate. The left worktable features a forward and reverse mechanism, directly driven by a hydraulic cylinder to ensure even force distribution on the valve sealing surface for reliable clamping. (Left) The right worktable can be flipped 90 degrees for convenient inspection of gas sealing tests and observation of the valve sealing surface, boasting good performance and a simple, compact structure.


Operation Instructions

1. Valve Mounting Method

Select a valve with a nominal bore size corresponding to the equipment model, turn on the power, and start the hydraulic system. Move the left carriage back to a position longer than the valve being tested. Radially move the clamping jaws to exceed the outer diameter of the valve flange. Extend the clamping jaws axially to exceed the thickness of the valve flange. Place the valve flange face tightly against the left workbench test blind plate, aligning with the center opening. Radially move the clamping jaws close to the valve flange, and axially move the clamping jaws to ensure they tightly adhere to the back of the valve flange. At this point, the valve should be securely clamped and held in place by the left-side clamping system, ensuring the valve does not fall off.

The left-hand slide frame advances to the right-hand fixed workbench, the other end of the valve being tightly sealed against the right-hand test blind flange, aligned with the center empty space. Radially move the clamping jaws close to the valve flange. Axially move the clamping jaws to make the jaws tightly adhere to the back of the valve flange. At this point, the valve should be securely clamped and fixed by the right-hand clamping system, with the valve overall in a horizontal position.

2. Water Pressure Testing Methods (Bi-directional Inflow, Drainage)

After the valve mount is completed, refer to the "Clamping Cylinder Pressure Comparison Table" to increase the hydraulic clamp's gripping force to the required pressure. Adjust the electrical contact pressure gauge (for example, for a 25 kg valve, adjust the gauge needle to 2.5 MPa). Open the main water inlets, left and right water inlets, close the air intake, and release water and air valves. Start the low-pressure water pump, observe the movement of the water pressure gauge needle. When the needle stops rising, it indicates that the valve cavity is fully filled with water. Start the high-pressure water pump, and the pump will automatically stop when the water pressure reaches the set pressure on the electrical contact pressure gauge. The equipment then enters the water pressure maintenance state.

Upon reaching the pressure-holding time, the valve is free of any issues. It is recommended to first open the water valve to relieve the water pressure inside the valve chamber before removing the valve.

3. Pressure Testing Methods (Bidirectional Intake and Exhaust)

The equipment does not come with a gas supply. The user must provide a separate gas source. Please consult the manufacturer before using high-pressure gases.

After the valve mount is completed (for example, using compressed air, usually not exceeding 10 kg of pressure), open the inlet and intake valves, and close the drain and exhaust valves. Close the inlet and intake valves when the pressure gauge reaches the highest pressure, and the equipment is in a pressure maintenance state.

Upon reaching the pressure-holding time, the valve is functioning perfectly. First, open the vent valve to release the pressure inside the valve cavity, and then remove the valve.

Handling Instructions and Requirements

1. Align the equipment horizontally during installation or secure the base channel with concrete.

2. Use 46-grade anti-wear hydraulic oil (for temperatures below 0℃, use antifreeze 46-grade anti-wear hydraulic oil). Ensure the oil level does not fall below the indicator. Regularly check the oil level and hydraulic oil. After one year of use, clean the oil tank and replace the hydraulic oil.

3. Add rust inhibitor to the recirculating water and change the water promptly when the water quality deteriorates.

4. The work surface of the equipment should be kept clean, and no debris is allowed between the test valve flange and the pressure testing blank flange.

5. All moving parts of the testing bench should be lubricated and kept clean for smooth operation.

6. Operators must undergo professional training before taking their posts, adhere to standardized procedures, and prioritize safety.
