Radiation Shielding Lead Door, Radiation Protection Door, Protective Door, Radiation Shielding Gate
Product Application: Shielding radiation, protecting the human body from radiation exposure.
Application Scope: Radiology, school laboratories, radiation protection environments in nuclear industries, etc.
Product Introduction: Lead Doors - Available in swing, electric, and sliding styles. Our lead doors are constructed with 304 stainless steel bodies, featuring internal steel frames and lined with pure 99.994% lead plates for excellent radiation shielding. They are used in dental clinics, CT rooms, X-ray rooms, and more. The inner frames of radiation shielding doors are made of steel, while the exterior is clad in various materials such as stainless steel, color steel, cold-rolled steel, and decorative panels, with electric and manual doors incorporating radiation shielding lead plates. A variety of styles and specifications are available for radiation shielding doors. The lead shielding and door sizes are customized according to the user's specific protection requirements and the size of the door opening. The products are technologically advanced, beautifully crafted, and effectively protect against X, γ-rays, and neutrons. Electrically operated doors are generally suitable for larger doors, as manual opening can be strenuous due to their weight, hence the electric operation feature. The opening styles include swing and sliding. Sliding radiation doors move parallel to the wall, with the door structure and material determined by the power of the radiation machine (KV) and the size of the door opening. The frame structure differs from that of swing doors. Please choose according to your actual renovation needs!
Product Categories
1. Sliding protective doors, which can be either inward or outward opening, feature structures and materials that are determined by the radiation machine's power (kv) and the size of the door opening.
2. Sliding Lead Protective Doors, which open parallel to the wall. The structure and material of the door are determined by the power of the radiation machine (kv) and the size of the door opening. The frame structure differs from that of a swing door.
3. Electric lead shielding doors, generally suitable for larger doors. Due to their heavy weight, manual operation can be quite labor-intensive, hence the use of electric opening mechanisms. The opening styles include swing and sliding.
Detailed Description
The surface of the radiation shielding door is decorated with stainless steel panels, seamless in the middle, enhancing the decorative effect.
2. The protective layer is made of fully rolled lead plates, ensuring seamless and bubble-free construction.
3. Ray protection door equipped with door machine interlock, work lights, warning signs, comes with a remote control and infrared collision prevention device as well as control components.
4. The ray protection door motor is a variable frequency motor. The electrically operated protection door features a three-in-one interlock system of electric, manual, and remote control. The inductive device allows for manual opening and closing of the door leaf, as well as remote control switching. In the event of a power outage, upon power restoration, the electric door automatically closes, effectively serving as a theft deterrent.
Cautionary Notes
1. Inspect the required radiation shielding doors, ensuring they are checked for proper operation and that their opening and closing are smooth and effortless.
2. Place the door into the door opening (remove the door leaf if necessary), ensuring the edge fitting contact surface is flush with the wall and perpendicular. Correct the wall surface as needed.
3. Vertical positioning of the饺位 side frame must ensure the point and surface are on the same plane.
4. Secure the side frame of the dumpling holder with a pull-out bolt (M10 pull-out bolt) or a pull-tab, ensuring it is firmly in place.
5. Adjust the lock position's vertical width, ensuring the gap between the door leaf and door frame is even and consistent, and secure it in place.
6. Open the radiation shielding door and check if the switch operates smoothly.
7. Once the cement slurry or foam adhesive has dried, simply remove the gap strip and its pad.
