Radiation Shielding Lead Door, Radiation Protection Door, Protective Door, Radiation Shielding Gate
Product Application: Shield radiation and protect the human body from radiation exposure.
Application Range: Radiology, school laboratories, radiation protection environments in the nuclear industry, etc.
Product Introduction: Lead Doors - Available in swing, electric, and sliding door styles. Our lead doors are constructed with 304 stainless steel frames, featuring internal steel reinforcement and lined with 99.994% pure lead plates for excellent radiation shielding. They are used in dental clinics, CT rooms, X-ray rooms, and more. The radiation shielding doors have a steel frame interior and exterior panels made of stainless steel, color steel, cold-rolled steel, and decorative steel, sandwiching the radiation shielding lead plates. A variety of styles and sizes are available. The lead shielding and door size are customized according to the customer's actual protection requirements and door opening size. The products are technologically advanced, beautifully crafted, and effectively protect against X, γ-rays, and neutron radiation. Electrically operated doors are generally suitable for larger doors due to their weight, making manual opening difficult, hence the electric opening mechanism. The opening styles include swing and sliding. Sliding radiation shielding doors move parallel to the wall, with the door structure and materials determined by the radiation machine's power (KV) and the door opening size. The door frame structure differs from that of swing doors. Choose according to your actual decoration needs!
Product Categories
1. Sliding radiation protection doors, available in inward and outward swinging models, the structure and material of the door are determined by the power of the radiation machine (kv) and the size of the door opening.
2. Sliding Lead Protective Doors, which open parallel to the wall. The door structure and materials are determined by the radiation machine's power (kv) and the door opening size. The frame structure differs from that of a swinging door.
3. Electric lead shielding doors are generally suitable for larger doors. Due to their heavy weight, manual opening can be quite labor-intensive, hence the use of an electric opening mechanism. The opening styles can be either swing-open or sliding.
Detailed Description
The surface of the radiation protection door is decorated with stainless steel panels, seamless in the middle, enhancing the decorative effect.
2. The protective layer is made of fully rolled lead plates, ensuring seamless and bubble-free construction.
3. Ray protection doors equipped with door machine interlock, work lights, warning signs, featuring a remote control, infrared collision avoidance device, and control components.
4. The radiation protection door's motor is a variable frequency motor. The electrically operated door features a three-in-one interlock system that combines electric, manual, and remote control functions. The inductive device enables manual opening and closing of the door leaf, as well as remote control operation. Upon power restoration after a power outage, the electric door automatically closes, effectively serving as a theft deterrent.
Cautionary Notes
1. Inspect the required radiation shielding doors; ensure they are checked for proper functioning and that their operation is smooth and effortless.
2. Place the door into the doorway (remove the door leaf if necessary), ensuring the edge-to-edge contact with the wall is flush and perpendicular. Correct the wall surface if needed.
3. The side frame of the dumpling holder must be vertically positioned, ensuring the point and surface are on the same plane.
4. Secure the side frame of the dumpling holder with a pull-out fastener (M10 pull-out) or a pull-tab fastener, ensuring it is firmly in place.
5. Adjust the lock position's vertical height to ensure even and consistent gaps between the door leaf and the door frame, and secure it in place.
6. Open the radiation protection door and check if the switch operates smoothly.
7. Once the cement slurry or foam adhesive has dried, simply remove the gap strip and its pad.
