Surface Preparation: First, remove the loose parts from bulging, peeling, and cracked areas. Incomplete removal may affect the later bonding strength of the floor. For areas less than 3mm, excessively smooth and flat sections, oily stains, and severely powdery areas with low ground strength, abrading treatment is required. The abrading method can use a professional milling machine or manual hammer drill.

1. Prevents the original surface from continuously powdering, enhancing the adhesion between the repair layer and the original surface.
2. Prevent hollowing between the patch layer and the original pavement, which may affect durability.
3. Enhance the stability of the repair layer against crushing and ensure non-delamination
4. Enhance the integration of the new and old surface layers.

Packaging and Storage:
Packaged in high-strength woven bags, thin layer: 25KG/bag, thick layer: 50KG/bag, shelf life of 3 months.
Store in a dry, well-ventilated room; keep packaging bags sealed to prevent moisture and freezing.

Material Mixing: Pour the repair material into the mixing drum, add 4kg-4.5kg of water per bag (water content is 16%-18% of the repair material weight), use a hand-held electric drill mixer to stir, mix for 1-2 minutes until the slurry is free of lumps and no dust balls, then it's ready for use.

Maintenance: After the repair is completed, once the material surface has hardened to the touch, you can proceed with watering for curing. Avoid using high-pressure water to prevent washing away the surface slurry and affecting the strength. In case of fast evaporation weather, cover the material for curing. Experience shows that covered curing is effective; you can use the material's packaging bags, branches, or locally available materials. Try to create conditions for covered curing. Regardless of the curing method, maintain a moist state for over two hours. When the temperature is above 20°C, traffic can be reopened after two to three hours. In cooler temperatures, extend the opening time as needed. If possible, extending the traffic opening time can also help improve the material's performance.
