Inspection and Rejection Removal

Visual cameras are installed at the inspection station. When materials arrive at the station, photoelectric sensors activate the visual camera to take photos for inspection, which are then analyzed and compared within the internal system. If the barcodes, characters, or patterns to be inspected are clear, the materials are released; otherwise, they are deemed不合格 and are removed by the rejection mechanism.
