Multi-functional automatic labeling for flat, square, round, and conical products in daily chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and other light industry sectors. Equipped with an optional roll label device and cylinder positioning mechanism, it can simultaneously perform full circumference rolling labeling and positioning labeling on round bottles.

For different kinds object which need to label on front and back two sides in food, medicine, cosmetic and other light industries. The roll label device and air cylinder positioning device all optional, suit for round bottle around labeling and positioning labeling function.

Mainframe: The body and all parts are made of international standard S304 stainless steel, imported alloy materials, with double anodic oxidation treatment, which prevents rust and deformation, offers high corrosion resistance, and is suitable for any production environment.

Material : The whole machine and spare parts use International standard S304 stainless steel imported alloy material, Double Yang oxidation treatment, with high corrosion resistance and never rust;  

Complete and Press Bottle Unit: Bilateral synchronous belt alignment ensures product runs neutral; special resilient top pressure device ensures stability of product placement during labeling.

Press bottle device:　the two sides Synchronous belt device make sure bottles move in one line; Special top press bottle device make sure the label position stability when labeling.

Correcting Device: Designed for irregularly shaped surfaces and curved bottle bodies, such as flat or square, to ensure accurate and effective labeling.

Centralizer device: increase the labeling accuracy specially for flat bottle, square bottle with irregular surface;

Parameter Settings: Up to 50 labeling parameters can be preset, eliminating the need to reconfigure when changing bottles.

Parameter preset: Can preset 50 group labeling parameter, don’t need to reset when change label objects.

Printing Equipment: Flexible selection of hot stamping printers or inkjet coders, etc., for simultaneous coding and labeling functions.

Printer device: The thermal transfer printer and ink-jet printer all optional, printing and labeling function can complete together. 

Optional: Optional photoelectric eye for transparent label detection to enhance accuracy

Optional：the check transparent label sensor is optional for transparent label.
