Intelligent Waste Grab Crane

Introducing the Grab Crane:
Operating Principle:
The grab crane performs lifting operations through the main boom and controls the opening and rotation of the grab using the grab mechanism. The double-rope grab has a support rope and a closure rope. After the grab is opened, it falls onto the material. By retracting the closure wire rope, the two jaws close to grasp the material. Then, the support wire rope is lifted to hoist the grab, transporting the material to the unloading area. Finally, releasing the closure rope allows the grab to open and unload the material.
Category:
- By crane type: Bridge grab cranes, suitable for fixed indoor or outdoor locations; Gantry grab cranes, with larger span and height, used for outdoor fixed cargo yards.
- By beam count: They can be divided into single-beam grab cranes and double-beam grab cranes, mainly used for bridge cranes, with similar functions to bridge grab cranes.
- By driving method: There are hydraulic grab cranes, driven by hydraulic cylinders for simple operation and fast lifting speed; mechanical grab cranes, driven by external forces like ropes or rods, and categorized into twin rope grabs and single rope grabs, etc.
Application Fields:
- Ports and Terminals: Utilized for loading and unloading cargoes such as coal, ore, grains, etc., enhancing operational efficiency.
- Metallurgy Industry: Mining and handling iron ore, scrap steel, and other metal raw materials.
- Cement Industry: Used for material handling, stacking, and inventory management in the cement production process.
Waste Treatment Plant: Carries out waste sorting and transportation, achieving automated and intelligent waste disposal.
