Container door crane

Track-type container gantry crane brief introduction:
Container cranes installed on side tracks, known as RMGs in English. Primarily used for container loading, handling, and stacking in container rail terminals and large container storage and transportation facilities.
Components: Consisting of the main beam, rigid and flexible gantry legs, running trolley, lifting mechanism, trolley running mechanism, electrical system, and control cabin. Depending on the site, container storage and transportation process, and loading/unloading vehicles (container trucks or railway cars), different structural forms such as no cantilever, single cantilever, and double cantilever are determined.
Features include:
Low speed increase, high running speed of small vehicle.
② The speed of the small vehicle can be determined based on the span of the bridge and the outward extension at both ends. When the span and cantilever length are smaller, the required speed and productivity of the small vehicle can be relatively lower. When the span and cantilever length are larger, the speed of the small vehicle can be correspondingly increased to meet productivity demands.
③ When the span exceeds 40 meters, due to the different running resistance of the side door legs, the trolley may experience deviation during high-speed operation. Therefore, a synchronization device has been set up to maintain the synchronization of the running mechanisms on both sides through an electrical control system, ensuring stable operation.
