Liquid ton bag
Jumbo bags are generally made of polypropylene, polyethylene, and other polyester fibers. They are widely used for packaging various powdered, granular, and solid items such as chemicals, construction materials, plastics, and mineral products. They are ideal for storage and transportation industries. Jumbo bags are produced by mixing a main polypropylene material with a small amount of stabilizing additives, uniformly blending them, then melting and extruding them into plastic film using an extruder. The film is cut into strips, stretched, and thermally set to form high-strength, low-elongation PP staple fibers. These fibers are then woven and coated to create the base fabric for plastic burlap. Finally, this fabric is sewn with accessories like slings to make ton bags.
