1. Application
This fan-specific annual 40,000t sulfuric acid furnace bottom ventilation system is also commonly used for forging furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation, and is widely applied in material conveying. It is suitable for conveying air and gases that are non-corrosive, non-natural, and free of sticky substances. The temperature of the conveying medium generally does not exceed 80°C. The dust and hard fine particles contained in the medium do not exceed 150mg/m³.
2. Type
1) This fan is a single吸入. Available model numbers include N06.8, 7.1, 7.4, 8, and 8.5.
2) This fan can be manufactured in two types of rotation: clockwise or counterclockwise. When viewed from the positive end of the motor, if the impeller rotates in the clockwise direction, it is called a clockwise rotating fan, denoted as "CW"; if it rotates in the counterclockwise direction, it is called a counterclockwise rotating fan, denoted as "CCW."
3) The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the outlet angle of the housing; both clockwise and counterclockwise can be made in three angles: 0°, 90°, and 180°.
4) The fan's transmission is D-type. It is manufactured as a complete structure, making installation easy.
3. Structure
The fan consists of an impeller, housing, inlet, transmission group, and overall bracket.
1) The impeller features 14 long and short blades each on N06.8, 7.1, and 7.4, and 12 long and short blades each on N08 and 8.5, all with forward-curved blade design. After forming, the impeller is statically and dynamically balanced, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
2) The housing is welded into a helical shell as a whole using ordinary steel plates.
3) The intake opening is designed as an overall streamlined structure in a converging shape and is fastened to the front cover with bolts.
4) The transmission set consists of the main shaft, bearing housing, couplings, etc. The main shaft is made of steel. The bearing housing is a solid structure using rolling bearings, which are lubricated with mechanical oil.
5) The overall bracket is made by welding ordinary steel plates and sections.
