Y6-41-11 Boiler Draft Fan - Centrifugal Draft Fan of the GY6-41 Series Boiler Model
1) The air distribution system is designed in a single-inlet configuration.
2) This type of fan can be made in two forms: left-rotating or right-rotating.
3) Air outlet position of the fan, indicated by the outlet angle of the housing.
4) The fan is driven by type C, with wheel transmission.
5) Example of full product name: Y6-41№12c Right 90° Y6-41№12c Right 45°
2. Structural Features of GY6-41 Series Centrifugal Draft Fan for Boilers
1) This series of fans incorporates advanced patented technologies, including high-strength wear-resistant impellers, oil-tight bearing boxes, and articulated axial adjustment gates.
2) Wide range of efficient operating conditions, with closely arranged fan models, making it easy to select an efficient operating point.
3) Utilizes adjustable air inlet. This means adjusting the axial and radial gaps between the air inlet and the impeller during the installation of the fan.
4) High-intensity wear-resistant impeller. The impeller features backward curved single blade design, reducing air flow impact, ensuring good stability, and preventing motor overload, significantly extending the lifespan of the fan. This type of fan has high pressure coefficient, low peripheral speed, and low noise, making it highly practical.
5) Leak-proof Oil Bearing Housing. The overlapping oil spillover ring transfers the oil lifted by the high-speed rotating bearing back to the inner wall of the bearing housing; the semi-open aluminum oil seal, in addition to facilitating maintenance and preventing friction accidents, also increases resistance along the axial direction to recapture some of the thin oil back into the oil sump; the outer pressure plate prevents a small amount of thin oil from escaping; the vent plug at the top of the bearing housing reduces the slight positive pressure inside, ensuring no oil leakage and excellent dustproof performance.
6) Articulated Axial Adjustment Door. The door features articulated bearings at both the pivot points of the guide vanes and the adjusting rods, ensuring smooth operation and adjustment without "dead points." This design allows for flexible and effortless regulation, as well as safety and reliability, thereby preventing overloading of the actuating mechanism.
7) The fan is available in either a whole assembly or a split assembly. The transmission group, coupling cover, and motor of this series are assembled on a complete base before shipment for sizes 16d and below; the housing, inlet, and regulating door are another component. Small-sized fans are assembled as two components upon shipment, while large-sized models are disassembled into multiple components for easier transportation and installation.
8) This fan features an overhanging structure for easy installation, equipped with wheel connections for transmission, evenly distributing torque, and reducing vibration for reliable operation.
9) The fan is easy to install and maintain. It features two complete base shells and a transmission unit. The shells have a central or vertical split, making disassembly and assembly particularly convenient. The rotor can be lifted vertically out, and it can also be assembled or disassembled axially if only the impeller needs to be replaced.
