The FBCDZ series explosion-proof type axial flow fan for mine use is a new type of local ventilation fan with wide applications. This model features a compact structure, low noise, and high efficiency. It has strong adaptability and is equipped with two electric motors, each driving a blade wheel. It can operate as a whole unit or individually, thus reducing energy consumption and saving costs, making it an ideal equipment for local ventilation in mines. The fan is explosion-proof for coal mines, with the explosion-proof mark: Exd1.
Structure and Working Principle: The fan consists of an inlet, a silencer, a duct, an explosion-proof motor, and a impeller. Both the outer shell and inner cylinder components are welded from steel plates. The cylinder is lined with perforated plates and glass wool silencers. Both motors are connected to the duct with flanges and bolts. Each stage of the silencer duct is interconnected with flanges and bolts, offering a compact, sturdy, safe, and easy-to-maintain structure. The motor is a YBE series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor, model II, voltage class 380/660V, cooled by the air flow transported by the impeller. The explosion-proof type of the motor is for coal mines, with the explosion-proof marking: Exd1. Power is supplied through a cable passing through the housing and connected to the motor. Our factory's fans are factory-equipped with motors wired for connection, which can be changed to Y connection upon customer request. The phase sequence UVW of the motor must correspond to the phase sequence ABC of the external power supply. Working Principle: The first and second impellers are driven by two identical capacity and model explosion-proof special motors. After the air enters the first fan impeller and gains energy, it is discharged through the second fan impeller. The second fan impeller combines the static vane grid of a conventional axial flow fan and adds energy to the air flow, achieving higher efficiency and pressure than conventional axial flow fans. Application Conditions: Used in underground tunneling, coal mining areas, and other locations as well as on the surface.
