M9-26 type coal powder centrifugal fan
I. Features and Applications
The M9-26 Coal Powder Centrifugal Blower is a newly developed high-efficiency and energy-saving fan in China. Compared with the old model fans, the M9-26 fan features the following:
1. In terms of performance, it not only completely replaces the old-type fans but also features low noise, high efficiency, and a flat performance curve. Its efficiency is about 15% higher than that of the old-type fans.
2. The 16Mn steel plate used for impellers and other materials has added a wear-resistant coating, extending the service life.
3. Smaller impeller diameter, compact structure, and higher stability.

Section 3: Precautions for Using Fans
The fan must be installed according to the specified procedure, and only after the trial operation can it be officially put into production.
Before starting the fan, the air door must be closed. After it starts, open the air door slowly until it meets the required level to prevent the motor from malfunctioning due to excessive starting current.
3. If any abnormal conditions are detected during the operation of the fan, the machine should be immediately shut down, the cause identified, and the fault rectified before resuming operation.
4. The bearing box of the fan is cooled by water circulation, with the water pressure not exceeding 4 kg/cm². Due to varying climatic temperatures and seasonal changes across different regions, the water flow rate may also differ. Generally, the water flow rate can be considered between 0.5 to 1 m³/h. At the same time, attention should be paid to the water quality to prevent scaling and blockage in the water passages, which may affect the cooling efficiency.
If the fan's impeller is worn, it should be re-balanced after being repaired by welding.
The bearing temperature of the fan should not exceed 80°C.
Unit 7: Fans should be regularly inspected according to usage.
The operating speed of the fan must not exceed the permitted operating speed, and belt pulley speed variation is not allowed.
The bearings are lubricated with light oil; it is recommended to use HJ-20 mechanical oil.
The amplitude of the bearing housing does not exceed 0.113 mm during normal operation.
Section 4: Complete Range of Fan Supply
One exhaust fan; one electric motor; one set of couplings; eight sets of exhaust fan base bolts.
