Usage
The M6-3L and M7-16 type pulverized coal centrifugal blowers are newly developed products based on the actual coal powder conveying conditions of boilers. They feature energy saving, high efficiency, low noise, good airflow stability, flat performance curves, broad high-efficiency zones, compact structure, and easy maintenance. The general operating temperature should not exceed 80°C. They can also be applied in other aspects if the performance is suitable.
This new fan replaces the older models M9-26, M7-29, and M9-27, and enhances performance in both low and high flow rates for the high-pressure zone.
Structural Features
1. Wide and efficient operating condition range
The fan is composed of two series of products: M6-31№12-20D and M7-16№14-20D, with each series further categorized into every

Good fluidity stability
This fan features backward curved blade design, offering excellent flow stability and a motor that is less prone to overload.
Good wear resistance
The fan exhibits excellent flow stability, reducing the impact of air flow and medium on the blades.
Section 4: New-Style Bearing Box
This bearing housing is lubricated with a rare oil sump, features a lap-type oil scraper ring, a semi-open aluminum oil seal, and is equipped with a vent cover, reducing the slight positive pressure inside the housing to ensure no oil leakage.
V. Complete accessories included
The fan is equipped with进出口 pipeline flanges, coupling guards, and foot bolts for the fan and motor.

1. Wear-resistant welding rods specifically designed for fans, having passed the abrasion test of an abrasion machine, show an improvement of 3 to 5 times over 16Mn material.
2. The welding rod is extremely easy to use; no heating of the base material is required, and it can be shaped with a standard electric welding machine.
3. Due to varying system processes and wear locations, general welding is performed on fans before shipment (unless the precise wear location is specified by the customer, in which case welding can be arranged before shipment). After the fan has been in operation at the site for a period, during the subsequent maintenance, the customer can then perform welding based on the actual wear location to extend the fan's lifespan.
(9) High Abrasion Resistance Treatment
When the working condition medium causes particularly severe wear on the fan, special negotiations can be conducted for treatments such as spraying, chemical processing, or using materials like silicon carbide and graywacke for special treatment.
(10) Simple manufacturing, easy maintenance
Due to the straight vanes, flat front disks, conical round disks, and conical inlet, along with the straight inlet, the manufacturing and maintenance are extremely convenient. Repair materials are also available.
