C6-31 Dust-Extraction Centrifugal Blower

1. Application: The C6-31 and C6-51 centrifugal blowers are specialized equipment for exhausting dusty wood particles, fine fibers, and other gases. They can also be used for other ventilation purposes if the performance is suitable. However, the maximum operating temperature is 200°C.
2. Structural Features
1) Wide range of efficient operating conditions. A total of 21 specifications, including C6-31№6-12D and C6-51№7-20D. Due to high coefficients and dense arrangement, it's easy to select the efficient area, and the performance range is twice as large as the original old product.
2) Near-radius, backward blades, excellent stability; motor is less prone to overload; improves blade dust accumulation; high pressure coefficient, low speed, low noise, reduced shock, good wear resistance.
3) New-style oil-tight bearing housing with lap-type oil rings, semi-open aluminum oil seals, outer packing gland, and vent cover to reduce the slight positive pressure inside the housing, ensuring no oil leakage. Lubrication can be dry oil or thin oil depending on usage; natural cooling or water cooling methods can also be employed. Excellent dust resistance.
4) Articulated Axial Adjustment Door. The pivot point of each adjusting door's guide vane is equipped with a hinge bearing, ensuring there are no "dead" points during operation and adjustment, thus allowing for flexible and effortless regulation with safety and reliability. It guarantees that the actuating mechanism will not overload.
5) The fan is a fully assembled unit. The housing, drive assembly, coupling guard, and motor are all assembled as a complete unit. No separate assembly is required during on-site installation.
6) This fan is directly driven by an electric motor, offering a more compact structure than belt-driven systems. It enhances the even transmission of torque by the motor, reduces vibration, and prevents the phenomenon of belt dust shedding.
7) The fan is fully equipped with accessories, including regulating doors, coupling cover, inlet and outlet flanges, machine base bolts, and as needed, execution mechanisms, vibration dampers, and silencers.
8) All relevant parameters are provided. Main component weight, static and dynamic loads, rotor flywheel torque, regulating door torque and dimensions, etc., can be used for construction design with the instruction manual of this series of fans.
9) The fan is easy to install and maintain. The unit features a complete base and a split shell for easy disassembly. The rotor can be vertically lifted out, and the impeller can be assembled or disassembled axially. It is particularly suitable for installation on floor slabs or overpasses.
