Type 9-04, 9-06 High-Pressure Centrifugal Blowers

Application Range: To meet the needs of China's power equipment development, the 9-04 and 9-06 series high-pressure low-flow centrifugal blowers have been developed and successfully applied at Xinbei Thermal Power Plant and Panjin Oilfield. These blowers are suitable for power plants, oil, environmental protection, breeding, metallurgy, iron smelting, and chemical systems. The medium temperature does not exceed 50℃ (with a maximum of 80℃), and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium do not exceed 150mg/m³.
Model: This blower is a single吸入型, featuring 11 models - No6.3D, 7.1D, 8C, 9D, 10D, 11.2D, 12.5D, 5.6C, 6.3C, 7.1C, 8C for 9-04, and 7 models - No6.3D, 7.1D, 8D, 9D, 10D, 11.2D, 12.5D for 9-06.
The fan can be manufactured in two types: right-handed and left-handed. When viewed from the positive end of the motor, a fan with the impeller rotating clockwise is called a right-handed fan, indicated by "right"; a fan with the impeller rotating counterclockwise is called a left-handed fan, indicated by "left."
The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the outlet angle of the housing, which can be made in three angles: 0°, 90°, or 180°, either left or right.
The fan features two types of transmission methods: C-style and D-style.
Structural Features: The blower mainly consists of an impeller, housing, inlet, base, and transmission assembly.
1) Impellers; 40 blades in total for the 9-04 type fan, with both long and short blades; 36 blades in total for the 9-06 type fan, with both long and short blades. Both are forward-curved blade types. The impellers are balanced statically and dynamically after shaping, ensuring smooth operation.
2) Enclosure; a whole helical shell assembled by welding ordinary steel plates.
3) Intake air vent; formed into a streamlined, converging overall structure and fastened with bolts to the front cover assembly.
4) Transmission group; consists of the main shaft, bearing housing, couplings, etc. The main shaft is made of steel, the bearing housing is a monolithic structure, equipped with rolling bearings, and lubricated with bearing grease. Detachable seals are installed at both cover locations.
