2JWT Series Double Stage Centrifugal Fan

Product Features:
2JWT series dual-stage centrifugal micro-sound fans are a new, low-energy-consuming type of small airflow, high-pressure fans in our country. The fans are of dual-stage single-inlet design with axial intake and are directly driven by an asynchronous motor shaft. The transmission is simple and reliable; the main shaft rotates in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction from the motor end. The overall structure of the fan is compact, with the housing made of cast iron, cast aluminum, and steel plate, selected according to the process requirements. The design is aesthetically pleasing, and the operation is stable. Tests have shown that its performance is nearly identical to that of similar imported fans from abroad, and the sound pressure level at the center frequency of the octave band meets our national environmental health standards.
Product Application:
This series of fans is suitable for various small and medium-sized heating furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, melting furnaces, incinerators, tunnel kilns for ceramic industry, shell kilns, forging furnaces, glass feeding trough furnaces, and reheat furnaces for oil and gas nozzles atomization and coal combustion assistance. They can also be used for short-distance conveying of non-adhesive fine powder particles by pneumatic transport, for the exhaust system of kilns, and are widely chosen as a new type of energy-saving fan in other industries.
