VSL-KR Series Dual Line Distributor (40MPa)

I. Terms of Use

The VSL-KR type dual-line distributor features oil supply ports on both the top and bottom. When the distributor piston moves forward and backward, grease is discharged from the top and bottom supply ports, respectively. Inside the corresponding top and bottom supply ports, there is a combined oil drain structure. To change the odd-numbered oil supply, simply unscrew the screw inside the hole. The operation of the distributor can also be directly observed from the indicator rod's movement. Additionally, the oil supply quantity to each outlet can be adjusted within the specified range by adjusting the screws.

This type of distributor is suitable for a two-line dry oil centralized lubrication system with a nominal pressure of 40MPa. Under the action of alternating supply pressure from two main supply lines, it directly controls the piston movement by the supply pressure to dispense grease quantitatively to the lubrication points.

II. Technical Specifications

Use grease with a penetration not less than 265 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm (NLGI 0#-2#) or oil with a viscosity grade greater than N68; operating temperature range is -10 to 80°C; when using oil as the medium, operate at a pressure of 20MPa.

If a corresponding upper and lower outlet merge is required, simply unscrew the pressure nut inside the upper oil outlet with a 6mm Allen wrench, remove the separator sleeve and insert it with the open end facing down, then retighten the pressure nut. At this point, seal the upper outlet with a G1/4 plug to prevent dust from entering.

The installation and operation environment temperature of the distributor must be noted in the purchase contract if it is outside the range of -10 to 80°C, to ensure the provision of oil seals that can withstand low and high temperatures during supply.
