SSPQ-P Series Dual-Line Distributor (40MPa)
I. Overview
SSPQ-P Series (formerly ZV-B Series) dual-line distributors are suitable for dry oil or thin oil dual-line centralized lubrication systems with a nominal pressure of 40MPa, serving as a quantitative lubrication device. They deliver lubricant to each lubrication point quantitatively by alternately pressurizing grease through two supply lines. The distributors come in three types: with feeding screw, with motion indicator adjustment, and with stroke adjustment.
1. Distributor for oil screws, the oil supply amount is not adjustable; only different oil supply screws with varying oil supply indices can be selected to alter the oil supply amount.
2. Distributors with an adjustable motion indicator, allowing oil flow to be regulated from zero to the rated supply, and capable of determining the distributor's proper operation by observing the motion indicator.
3. Distributors with travel switch adjustment, allowing oil flow to be adjusted from zero to the rated supply amount, and capable of controlling the lubrication point's oil supply status by sending signals through the travel switch. Each distributor can accommodate only one limit switch adjustment device.
Section II: Technical Specifications

When the number of oil ports is odd, one of the oil ports supplies oil at twice the rated oil supply amount.
Use grease with a penetration not less than 220 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm (NLGI 0#-3#) or oil with a viscosity grade greater than N68, in an operating environment temperature range of -20°C to 80°C.

4. Working Principle

Each piston bore, which is connected to every two lubrication points with a dual-line distributor, contains a control piston and a working piston. The two inlet ports are connected to the two supply lines 3a, 3b, respectively. When one supply line is pressurized, the other is unloaded.
As shown in the image above, the lubricant transported by the pump enters the upper end of the control piston through the supply line 3a. The control piston first moves downward (at this point, the lubricant compressed at the lower end of the control piston enters the unloaded supply line 3b), connecting the upper chamber of the working piston with the upper chamber of the control piston. Then, the working piston moves downward, and the lubricant compressed by the working piston is pressed through the annular groove of the control piston to the outlet 6 at the lubrication point, completing one cycle of oil supply. Switching to the supply line 3b starts the second cycle of oil supply. The distributor piston performs the aforementioned actions in reverse order, with outlet 5 expelling the lubricant.

Section 6: Instructions for Use
For use in dusty, humid, or harsh environments, a protective cover should be used.
2. The system preferably uses parallel installation for dual-line distributors, with the supply pipe connecting to either the left or right side of the distributor; secondarily, a series installation is employed, requiring the removal of two G3/8 plugs sealing the inlet on one side; the maximum number of series connections should not exceed two. Combination of parallel and series installation may be used when necessary.
3. Distributor for oil screws (SSPQ1) - The oil quantity is not adjustable; instead, the oiling amount is changed by selecting screws with different oiling indices.
4. Distributor with motion indicator adjustment device (SSPQ2 model), adjust the oil supply by rotating the adjustment screw of the limiter when the indicator rod is retracted. Adjust the oil supply within the maximum and minimum range based on the actual need of the lubrication points.
5. Distributors with a travel switch adjustment device (SSPQ3) should also adjust the oil supply volume when the indicator rod is retracted, as needed.
6. When the number of oil outlets becomes odd, remove the screws between the corresponding outlets, seal the unused outlet with a G1/4 plug, connect the upper and lower outlets, and supply oil to the piston in both forward and reverse directions from this outlet.
7. For ease of disassembly, the pipe from the distributor to the lubrication point should be bent at 90° or use a sleeve-type connector.
8. The surface where the distributor is mounted should be smooth and flat. Do not tighten the mounting bolts too tightly to avoid deformation during use, which may affect normal operation.
9. It is recommended to use GB70-85 screws M6x50 for the installation of SSPQ1 and SSPQ2 distributors. For SSPQ3 distributors, a 30mm spacer plate is required between the installation surfaces, and GB70-85 special screws M6x85 should be used for fastening.
7. Common Faults and Exclusions
1. The distributor is not functioning.
Check for pressure oil supply in the fuel line; ensure the lubrication points are not blocked and the oil lines are not flattened; verify if impurities have entered the distributor causing scoring in the piston bore, etc. Once identified and resolved, proceed.
2. Oil leakage at the indicator rod of the motion indicator adjusting device.
Remove the positioner housing and replace the oil seal; it may be due to stock oil seals aging or exceeding the specified service environment temperature due to prolonged use. Investigate and replace as necessary.
Section 8: Order Instructions
1. Distributor with oiling screw (SSPQ1 model), must specify the oiling index in sequence for each pair of oil outlets; no specification means supply according to oiling index 1.
2. Distributors with travel switch adjustment device (SSPQ3 model), each unit includes only one limit switch adjustment device. For special requirements, each pair of oil outlets can be equipped with one; please specify the quantity required and place a separate order.
3. For distributors with an odd number of oil outlets, the position of the unused oil outlet must be noted in order for each pair of oil outlets. If not specified, the supply will be as per the oil outlet plug on the right side.
4. Allocation of the environment temperature for installation use over 80℃ must be noted in the purchase order to ensure the supply of high-temperature resistant oil seals.
