1. Establish pipeline centerline: Before construction, the starting point, endpoint, plane bend, longitudinal bend, and straight line control stakes of the centerline can be measured on-site based on the design-provided centerline control points. Directional control stakes should be set at an appropriate location outside the trench at the starting point, endpoint, and plane bend, and the stake numbers determined through measurement.
2. Establish Temporary Benchmarks: Pipeline projects often require additional temporary benchmarks, which should be set in stable locations that are not easily碰撞, with an interval of no more than 30 meters. The closure difference of the temporary benchmarks should meet the specified standards.
3. Trench excavation primarily uses excavators with manual cleanup as a supplement, while rainwater gully connections and branches are manually dug. During excavation, pay attention to soil quality changes and support and shield sections showing signs of collapse.
4. Excavators to dig to approximately 10cm above the bottom of the trench, leaving the trench bottom soil undisturbed for later manual removal and trench bottom finishing. Manually clean the trench, carefully inspecting the trench bottom soil for any disturbances; if disturbances are found, appropriate measures should be taken.
5. On both sides of the groove, 1 meter above the groove bottom, set elevation stakes symmetrically and nail equal-height elevation pins on them. Before the groove is completely dug and before the surface is poured flat, the center line of the channel and the elevation of the stakes should be remeasured.
6. The single-sided soil height at the edge of the trench shall not exceed 2 meters, and the distance from the edge of the trench shall be no less than 1 meter.
