Six, Pattern Making
Input the layout information from the disk into the Braille typesetter. The machine is equipped with double-layered steel plates, and once it's turned on, it stamps out raised and indented dots on the plates according to the positions of the Braille points, creating Braille printing plates.
Seven, Printing
The double-convex metal plate is fixed on each of the two cylinders of the round-to-round printing machine, aligned with the gauge, and the reel paper is installed. Once the machine is started, the paperboard passes through the plate, is pressed by the cylinders, and raised braille dots form on the paperboard.
