Transmission Design
Single motor drives the specially designed decelerator through a coupling, directly converting the motion into a planetary movement that features both rotation and revolution. The specially designed decelerator effectively balances the power.
Evenly distributed to each mixing unit, it effectively enhances mechanical efficiency, resulting in greater output torque, without the need to consider the issue of asynchronous motor input, and boasts high mechanical efficiency.
2. Operating and Mixing Equipment
The stirrer path is a compound movement of revolution and rotation superimposed on each other, designed in an infinite, non-repeating pattern; the vertical-axis high-speed stirrer also features a set of high-speed auxiliary stirring, enhancing the effectiveness even more.

3. Lubrication Advantages
The entire transmission unit is lubricated using an oil-bath method, offering simple maintenance and low failure rate. No dedicated electric lubrication pump is required, thereby reducing the customer's cost of use and maintenance.
4. Axial End Fitting
The reducer is vertically mounted, ensuring that the output shaft end does not come into direct contact with the mixed material during the stirring process, thereby eliminating all wear between the material and the shaft end.

5. Unloading Equipment
The unloading device features specialized sealing, ensuring reliable sealing and improved environmental protection. The unloading door opens on the side of the drum's bottom, making maintenance and cleaning extremely convenient and quick.
