YZPSL、YZLNYP、YZLPWT、YZTPWTSeries high-temperature-resistant water coolingThe motor is an internally circulated water-cooled variable frequency AC induction motor developed and designed by our factory based on the variable frequency speed regulation series motors, tailored to meet the on-site conditions of metallurgical continuous casting machines. It is suitable for high-temperature environments and variable frequency speed regulation systems. Its features include a wide speed regulation range, stable operation, high reliability, high operating efficiency, and a novel and aesthetically pleasing appearance design.
1.2 This series of motors features a unique cooling system that ensures stable operation under high ambient temperatures for extended periods, capable of withstanding high temperatures, high humidity, and corrosion resistance.
1.3 YZPSLE、YZLNYPEJ、YZWTEJSeries water-cooled electromagnetic variable-frequency motors feature a friction dry-type brake added to the non-axial extension end of the water-cooled variable-frequency motor. The brake is divided into two types: power-off braking and power-on braking, with the working voltage of the power-off braking beingDC170V and DC24V; when operating at DC170V, the external power supply is AC380V, the motor comes with a rectifier module operating at DC170V, and the external power supply is DC24V (supplied by the user).
1.4 This series of motors can operate at a continuous speed ranging from 3 to 100 Hz. Within the range of 3 to 50 Hz, it operates at a constant torque; between 50 to 100 Hz, it operates at a constant power. The product is widely used in various machinery and equipment that require continuous speed adjustment and frequent forward and reverse operations in high-temperature, high-humidity, and anti-corrosion environments, such as metallurgy and chemical industries. It can be matched with various frequency conversion devices at home and abroad.
1.5 The stator winding insulation of this series motor uses H-grade insulation, with a protection rating of IP55.
The 1.6 motor can operate normally in locations where the altitude does not exceed 1000 meters and the ambient air temperature does not exceed 60℃.
The cooling water pressure should not exceed 0.6 Mpa, with the water quality being ordinary tap water, pure water, or industrial softened water, and it must be free of suspended impurities. If there are impurities in the industrial softened water, they should be filtered before use. Ensure the waterway is clear when the motor is in operation.
1.8 The series motors are equipped with two water inlet and outlet pipe connections, both with a 1/2" (4 mm) diameter.
1.9 Motor Installation: For B5 installation, the pipe connection on the flange end cover is the inlet pipe, positioned at the bottom; the pipe connection on the rear cover is the outlet pipe, positioned at the top. For vertical (V1) installation, water should enter through the flange end cover and exit through the rear cover. For inverted (V3) installation, water should enter through the rear cover and exit through the flange end.
