Overview
1.1 WZ Series eddy current brakes are driven by metallurgical and lifting winding rotor electric motors, controlled by electrical controls, on lifting machinery or conveyors.
The drive unit is composed of a lifting and transportation speed regulation system. This system can adjust the speed over a wide range under any load condition.,
Ensure smooth lifting, lowering, and transportation of heavy loads with precise positioning. Such as container cranes, construction and metallurgical cranes, shipyard and tug cranes.

1.2 WZ Series eddy current brakes excitation winding insulation grade F Grade and H Two grades available.
1.3 WZ Series eddy current brakes can be used normally under the following conditions:
a.Areas with indoor dust.
b.Ambient air temperature:F Level insulation eddy current brake is suitable for ambient air temperatures not exceeding 4General场所,0℃
Level insulation eddy current brake is suitable for ambient air temperatures not exceeding 60°C metallurgical facility;
c. Altitude not exceeding 1,000m;
d. Frequent significant impacts.
1.4 WZ Series eddy current brakes operate in S3Continuous Load Factor 15%。
1.5 WZThe frame number of the series eddy current brakes, the rated torque and matching relationship with the wound rotor motor are shown in the table.1As shown.
1.6 WZ The excitation winding power supply for the series eddy current brakes is DC, with the excitation current not exceeding 160V±30V.
