YZPSL、YZLNYP、YZLPWT、YZTPWTSeries high-temperature-resistant water coolingThe motor is an internally circulating water-cooled variable frequency speed control three-phase asynchronous motor developed and designed by our factory based on the variable frequency speed control series motors and tailored to the on-site operating conditions of metallurgical continuous casting machines. It is suitable for high-temperature environments and variable frequency speed control systems. Its features include a wide speed regulation range, stable operation, high reliability, high operating efficiency, and a novel and aesthetically pleasing design.
1.2 This series of motors features a unique cooling system that ensures stable operation under high ambient temperatures for long periods, with characteristics such as high-temperature and high-humidity resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.
1.3 YZPSLE、YZLNYPEJ、YZWTEJSeries Water-Cooled Variable Frequency Electromagnetic Braking Motors feature a friction dry brake added to the non-axial extension of the water-cooled variable frequency motor. The brake is divided into two types: power-off braking and power-on braking, with the working voltage of the power-off braking beingDC170V and DC24V, the working voltage is DC170V when the external power supply is AC380V. The motor comes with a rectifier block that operates at DC170V, while the external power supply is DC24V (provided by the user).
1.4 This series of motors can be continuously variable speed operated within the range of 3-100Hz. It operates at a constant torque between 3-50Hz and at a constant power between 50-100Hz. The product is widely used in various mechanical equipment operating in high-temperature, high-humidity, and corrosion-resistant environments, which require continuous variable speed and frequent forward and reverse operations. It can be matched with various frequency conversion devices both domestically and internationally.
1.5 The stator windings of this series of motors are insulated with H-grade insulation, and have a protection rating of IP55.
The 1.6 motor operates normally in locations where the altitude does not exceed 1000m and the ambient air temperature is not over 60℃.
1.7 The cooling water pressure should not exceed 0.6 Mpa. The quality of the cooling water should be ordinary tap water, pure water, or industrial softened water, and it must be free of suspended impurities. If there are impurities in the industrial softened water, they should be filtered before use. It is crucial to maintain a clear waterway when the motor is in operation.
The 1.8 series motor features two water inlet and outlet pipe connections, with a size of 4-inch diameter (1/2").
1.9 Motor Installation: When installing B5, the pipe connection on the flange end cover is for the inlet pipe, which should be positioned below; the pipe connection on the rear cover is for the outlet pipe, which should be positioned above. For vertical (V1) installation, water should enter from the flange end cover and exit from the rear cover. For inverted (V3) installation, water should enter from the rear cover and exit from the flange end.
