4. The rebound is achieved through a cast steel coupling component for automatic self-rebound, relying on its own gravity with no noise. The service life is guaranteed to be over 10 years.
5. The chair back is made from 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate, processed into a mesh pattern, and then bent and welded together.
All steel components are processed through an abrasive blasting machine for physical degreasing, rust removal, acid washing, phosphatizing, and electrostatic spraying treatment.
7. Seat panels are made of birch plywood from Northeast China, coated with imported Boten eco-friendly glue, and double-sided with Mianhe fire-retardant panels. The desktop features a flip-down folding mechanism; when not in use, the desktop can be folded down to save space and facilitate access. The seat panel is shaped in three dimensions for a comfortable seating experience. The small edges are finished with high-grade eco-friendly paint for a transparent finish, with clear layers and a thickness of 10mm.
8. The table top is made of 10mm domestic double-sided fire-retardant high-pressure melamine board.
9. The seat panel is secured with M6 electroplated large headed screws and anti-loosening nuts, ensuring no loosening.
All components comply with national environmental protection standards for formaldehyde content.
