Product Introduction
HDPE corrugated pipes, also known as PE corrugated pipes, include single-wall corrugated pipes, double-wall corrugated pipes, single-wall perforated corrugated pipes, and double-wall perforated corrugated pipes. First developed successfully in Germany in the early 1980s. After over a decade of development and refinement, it has evolved from a single type to a complete product series. The production process and usage technology are now highly mature. Due to their excellent performance and relatively cost-effective pricing, they have been widely promoted and applied in developed countries like Europe and America.
HDPE corrugated pipe is a new type of lightweight pipe material made from high-density polyethylene. It boasts features like light weight, high pressure resistance, excellent flexibility, quick installation, and long service life. Its superior wall structure design significantly reduces costs compared to other pipe materials. Additionally, due to its convenient and reliable connections, it is widely used both domestically and internationally.
Performance Features
The product has a unique structure and strong resistance to pressure.
2. Smooth inner wall, high flow rate.
3. The product features easy connections, well-sealed interfaces, corrosion resistance, zero leakage, no scaling, and prevents secondary pollution, making it an ideal "green pipe material."
4. The product boasts excellent flexibility, capable of adapting to uneven soil settlement.
5. Long service life, burial usage up to 50 years or more.
6. The product is lightweight, easy to install, which can reduce installation costs and shorten the construction period.
7. At a speed of 15 feet per second, the wear resistance is 3 to 5 times higher than that of standard or fine-grained steel pipes.
Application Scope
1. Municipal drainage and sewage pipeline system projects
2. Underground drainage and sewage systems for apartments and residential complexes.
3. Highway pre-buried pipelines, golf course underground drainage networks
4. Agricultural irrigation and drainage projects, including water conveyance and flood control systems.
5. Chemical and mining applications for fluid conveyance and ventilation.
6. Protective conduit for underground pipelines and communication cable sheaths, etc.
