PC Panel Greenhouse Construction

PC Sunboard Greenhouses are structures covered with PC Sunboard materials, commonly found in PC Sunboard multi-span greenhouses and solar greenhouses. They elevate the quality of greenhouses traditionally covered with film materials. Thanks to the lightweight and energy-saving properties of PC Sunboards, the utilization rate of these greenhouses is higher than that of glass structures. PC Sunboard greenhouses are often used for ecological leisure greenhouses and for growing flowers and plants.
A greenhouse covered with polycarbonate hollow panels is called a PC panel greenhouse. The structure mostly employs a double-slope design, with some opting for an arched structure. The main framework is made of hot-dip galvanized steel profiles. Its advantages include good lighting, lightweight structure, shock resistance, strong load-bearing capacity, insulation, condensation prevention, and an elegant appearance. The PC panel greenhouse is more energy-efficient by over 40% compared to other covering materials, saving energy consumption during winter, and the lifespan of the greenhouse products exceeds 10 years.
