5. The casting bed is made of high-strength HT300 nodular iron cast in resin sand with a rational rib structure, offering excellent rigidity and stability. Additionally, it undergoes annealing and long-term natural aging treatment to significantly reduce residual internal stress, ensuring high precision and long service life for the machine platform.

◇ The bed and base are cast as a single unit with a hydraulic tailstock inclined bed design. Utilizing whole molding with cast iron resin sand, it features a tight ribbed plate structure, offering good rigidity and vibration resistance. The operation is flexible and chip removal is convenient. Suitable for long shaft workpieces, heavy loads, high precision, high rigidity, and high-gloss surface finishing requirements.
Tailstock hydraulic control, automatic pin extension/retraction, rigid and stable, can be controlled with foot switches.

◇ The spindle is equipped with imported precision bearings, featuring a labyrinth-style waterproof design and a finned spindle box design for dust and water resistance. Utilizing high-tech lubrication technology and a unique sleeve structure spindle ensures stability, guaranteeing axial rigidity, radial rigidity, and machining accuracy. The spindle servo motor solution is adopted to achieve wide-range automatic stepless speed control.
◇ High-precision, high-speed, and high-rigidity ball screw, linear guide rail X-axis, Z-axis, matched with Taiwan original imported ball screw and linear guide rail. Large span between tracks, X/Z displacement speed up to 24M/min, enhancing machining efficiency. The rotation of both axes is directly connected by a servo motor and precise ball screw through an elastic coupling, with good load-bearing and high positioning accuracy. Equipped with a computerized automatic lubrication system for forced lubrication. Ensures long-term stability of machine tools.
The hydraulic station is equipped with renowned variable pumps, motors, solenoid valves, and an additional air-cooling unit, ensuring low noise and oil temperature.
The electrical control box is equipped with a heat exchanger, which quickly expels the heat inside the box, maintaining a constant temperature within and ensuring stable operation of the control system.
◇ Efficient lubrication with long service life and no maintenance required; lead screw and guide rail units are equipped with an automatic centralized lubrication system using light oil, ensuring thorough and reliable lubrication.
