II. High-Temperature Test Chamber Specifications:
1. Internal dimensions: 600mm (width) × 600mm (depth) × 600mm (height); (Custom made for non-standard specifications!)
2. External dimensions approximately: 900 (width) × 830 (depth) × 1520 (height) mm; actual item measurement applies.
3. Case Structure: Integrated one-piece design, vacuum pump located at the bottom of the machine.
4. Divider: Internally divided into two layers, consisting of two stainless steel mesh plates, which are removable and can be slid out.
5. Panel Installation: The control panel is installed beneath the machine.
6. Door Opening: Single door opening from right to left, equipped with a viewable window of W300*H350mm.
7. Inner material: 5.0mm thick stainless steel plate; reinforced inner box, vacuum sealed without deformation.
8. Outer material: Cold-rolled steel plate, thickness 1.2mm, powder coated (beige white).

Section 3: High-Temperature Test Chamber Temperature Control System
1. The temperature controller is a digital display gauge, featuring single-point temperature control, automatic calculation, simultaneous display of PV/SV, and key setting.
2. Timer Function: Equipped with an Omron timer, heating and vacuum extraction will stop upon completion of the set time, along with an alarm prompt.
3. Temperature-sensing wire, Type K

5. The current controller is a PID + SSR solid-state relay.
6. Heating Method: Uses a three-sided radiant heat method (left, right, and bottom sides).
7. Heating materials include: high-temperature stainless steel heating tubes.
8. Temperature Range: room temperature +30℃ to 250℃ (adjustable and controllable in between)
9. Control Accuracy: ±0.5℃

4. High-Temperature Test Chamber Vacuum System:
1. Door Sealing Method: The machine door is sealed with a high-density silicone seal.
2. Vacuum Display Method: Vacuum gauge is used to indicate vacuum level.
3. The vacuum control method is: automatic control. The vacuum pump stops working when the vacuum reaches the set value, automatically replenishes vacuum when it falls below the upper limit, and continues this cycle to maintain a constant vacuum state.
4. Pressure Relief Method: After the test, manually activate the pressure relief function for pressure release; controlled by an electromagnetic valve.
5. Vacuum degree range of machine: ≤1.0×10^5 to 1.0×10^1 (Pa), [i.e., 10 Pa]
6. Vacuum Pressure Leak Rate: 0.01 Pa/L per second.
7. Vacuum Tube: Made with stainless steel vacuum corrugated tube.
8. Vacuum Sensor: Utilizes KF16 vacuum resistance gauge tube.
9. Vacuum Setting Method: The vacuum level can be freely set according to requirements, such as for a vacuum level of (100Pa), the gauge is set to (1.0 E 2), for a vacuum level of (10Pa), the gauge is set to (1.0 E 1), and so on. It employs upper and lower limits to control vacuum extraction and stoppage.
10. Vacuum Control Valve: Utilizing KF40 fitting high vacuum with pressure differential valve.
11. Vacuum Pump Configuration: Double-stage direct-connected oil pump used.
12. Vacuum Level Display: Utilizes a resistance vacuum gauge to show the vacuum level, with the display in scientific notation format.
V. Nitrogen Filling Device for High-Temperature Test Chambers
1. Pressure Regulator: Controls nitrogen pressure, typically set to 2-3 kg under normal operation.
2. Flowmeter: Controls the size of nitrogen entering the box, range is 10L/min-60L/min.
3. Nitrogen Filled Pipeline: Nitrogen pipeline enters just behind the box, equipped with a 2-meter long 8mm air tube.
4. Nitrogen inflation port: One nitrogen port inflates into the box.
5. Nitrogen Source: The user company provides the nitrogen source.
