Supply Air Circulation System
High-temperature, long-shaft motors paired with powerful multi-blade fan wheels, enforced horizontal air circulation: The air source is driven by the circulation motor, which powers the fan wheel through an electric heater to deliver warm air to the interior of the oven via the ducts. After use, the hot air is drawn back into the duct to be reused and reheated, thereby reducing energy loss and ensuring uniformity of the internal temperature. When disturbances occur due to the door's opening and closing, the wind circulation system quickly restores the operating state temperature value, resulting in even better temperature distribution.
Temperature Control System
Programmable PID microcomputer automatically calculates and displays PV/SV. Programmable for 16 segments and 8 different temperature zones. Allows for free setting of desired temperatures within the machine's temperature range based on personal preference. Accuracy in temperature control can be ensured through the set PID parameters within the table, or appropriate temperature control parameters can be automatically calculated by the system built into the table.
Timer: 9999 digital setting, digital display, with temperature timer and power-off alarm upon time expiry
The temperature sensor employs a CA. (K) type; the temperature control method is P.I.D. + S.S.R. thyristor control.
